The teachers of primary wing at SWS encouraged the students to enjoy the first harvest of ripe mangoes in India. The mangoes were picked from the horticulture wing of the school and the students enjoyed the process of making AamPanna with the raw mangoes. AamPanna comes packed with a lot of essential nutrients. The teachers introduced the students the benefits of drinking AamPanna over aerated soft drinks. The students smartly wore their chef caps and tried their hand in making their own healthy drink. They learnt the benefit of adding roasted cumin powder and mint leaves to the drink to enhance its taste. The students proudly served their sweety-salty drink to all their teachers. They enjoyed every gulp of their favourite drink.
Once again, this activity helped the students in developing the skills of belongingness, making healthy choices, being responsible, and confident.
